15-min One-Pan Pasta

Ingredients

4 cloves of garlic, thinly sliced
1/2 Onion thinly sliced
4 mushrooms, sliced
2 hotdogs sliced to the thickness you desire
1 bowl of spinach, chopped
Pasta of your choice
1.5 tsp of grounded black pepper
2 tsp of salt
2 cups of water
1/4 cup of Olive oil
1/4 cup Parmesan Cheese (Optional)
2 tsp of red chilli flakes (optional)
1 tsp of parsley (optional)
1 egg (optional)

Step 1: Place all the ingredients into the unheated pan (except egg and cheese)
Step 2: Pour in the olive oil, red chilli flakes, parsley, black pepper, salt and water

Step 3: Cook it at medium-high heat and stir it continuously for 10 min
Step 4: Grate in the cheese and stir for another 1 min

Step 5: Add the egg right in the middle of the pasta for about 30 seconds
Step 6: Bring the pan off the heat and serve!
