Recipe: Vanilla Pound Cake

Recipe:
100g of White Sugar
100g of Salted Butter
100g of All-purpose Flour
2 Eggs
1 Teaspoon of Vanilla Essence
Step 1 Mix sugar and butter together till light and fluffy.
Step 2 Add one egg at a time. Before adding the second egg, make sure that the first egg has been well mixed.
Step 3 Add vanilla essence.
step 4 Fold in the sifted flour
Step 5 Preheat oven at 180°C
Step 6 Place baking paper in the tin
Step 7 Fold the mixture into the tin
Final step Bake for approximately 20 minute if you're using a tin with large surface area.
My tin is relatively taller and has a smaller surface area thus I took close to 1 hour to have the cake baked fully.
Anyways, I got all my baking wares from Daiso.
Daiso has almost everything that you need for baking except the ingredients.
