Embracing the inner child in me
May 20, 2014
"Do you want to queue?" He asked.
"Wah, entering LINE shop also need to queue?"
"Let's queue lo, since you want to visit this store so much."
Then we realised we are actually queueing for free LINE balloons!
(We use LINE to communicate daily. Whatsapp is too dull)
The weather wasn't exactly humid, yet not exactly that windy.
He perspires easily and true enough, he started perspiring and waited in the queue with me patiently.
I really couldn't have asked for a better partner in my life.
Always so tolerant with me, always placing me first in his mind and always assuring me with his love.
He loves the inner child of me. I don't exactly show it to everyone but I sure do show a lot to him.
There were many occasions even I find myself very laughable.
~
One fine day in H&M:
"Why do you always say thank you and sorry to people?"
"Courtesy!" I replied naturally.
*Continued to shop*
*I knocked into someone from the back and I couldn't see who*
"Sorry!" I exclaimed softly while I turned behind.
Then, I saw no one.
Instead, I saw the mannequin was swaying to and fro, as if it's gonna fall anytime.
Yes guys, I knocked into a mannequin and said sorry to her.
(I just say sorry and thank you naturally)
I turned and I looked at him.
He was wearing a straight face.............
~
He always happens to be the one witnessing all these 'unique' moments of mine.
Anyways, we moved along with the queue and it was finally our turn to spin the wheel.
That's how I got my Cony balloon.
To you:
Thank you very much.
I have no idea how long I am going to thank you but I know as long
as I am with you, I will have many things to thank you for.
Thank you for your generosity.
Thank you for the burger and truffle fries.
Thank you for your tender love and care.
Thank you for acting like a kid with me.
Thank you for making me the happiest person each time I'm with you.
Thank you for embracing this inner child of mine.
