Today, I woke up wanting pancakes. I used Moringa's Pancake Mix (Japanese's pancake mix) because I don't have the right ingredients to make my own pancake batter. I have been meaning to create Matcha flavoured food and thank God that my sister bought matcha powder the other day from Isetan.

Hope you have enjoyed this simple recipe as much as I do! I usually struggle to finish my pancakes because after a while, I get bored of the taste. This time round, the pancakes are so much more delicious and I could actually finish this plate of goodness. Ohhhh I love matcha.
