This is one of the easiest meal I've put together. It's amazing and delicious. There are no fresh fish in this season in Czech Republic and therefore we only have frozen fish. 3 portions of reasonably thick salmon slabs costed me around SGD8+ only. I created this the next night after Taco Thursday (click to read).

I bought one week's worth of ingredients and therefore I have been repeating a few ingredients from Taco Thursday. The only way to not get sick of the same ingredients is to cook them in many different ways. But well, to be honest, I don't get tired of eating the same food easily.

This recipe is not just limited to salmon. It can be done on any fish or any meat.
I've done it using chicken breast as shown in the picture above.

Serving portion: 1 person
Preparation time: 15min
Cooking time: 20min

Ingredients for the salmon
1 portion Salmon
2 tbsp honey
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 big clove of garlic, minced (add more if you love garlic)

For salmon
Step 1: Combine honey, soy sauce and garlic together and mix well
Step 2: Marinate salmon in the sauce for approx. 20min
Step 3: In a heated pan, add some oil and start frying the fish until it's cooked.
Step 4: (Optional step) make another batch of sauce and heat it in the pan and drizzle it on the cooked salmon.

Ingredients for the noodle:

1 portion of selected noodle (I used Instant Pho, you can use kway teow too)
1.5 tbsp honey
1.5 tbsp soy sauce
1 big clove of garlic (add more if you love garlic)
1/2 of an avocado, cubed (optional)
1 portion of broccoli (optional)
1 portion of cabbage (optional)

For noodles and others:
Step 1: Heat a pot of water and throw in the broccoli. Cook until it softens then take them out.
Step 2: Into the same pot of boiling water, throw in the cabbage and cook. Then take them out.
Step 3: Combine honey, soy sauce and garlic then marinate your noodle in it.
Step 4: In a heated pan, add a bit of oil then fry the noodles until the sauce thickens.
Step 5: Remove the noodles and leave some sauce on the pan.
Step 6: Throw in the vegetables and avocado and fry it in the sauce.
Step 7: Remove them from the pan and you can start assembling the food onto your serving bowl.
