Ramen Buger

On a very random day I just decided I need some ramen burger and went on to whip this up.
Not much of planning required for this simple and quick dish.
~
- Basic Ingredients you need -
2 Eggs / 1 Pkt Of Instant Noodle


Step 1: Cook the instant noodle and strain away the water.
Step 2: Add your seasoning to the dry instant noodle and mix it up.



Step 3: Beat one egg & mix it up with the noodle.


Step 4: Separate the noodles into 2 equal portion and place them into 2 round plastic containers.


Step 5: Use a cling wrap and press the noodles into shape




Step 6: Refrigerate them for at least 15 minutes.

Step 7: Overturn the noodles carefully onto the cooking spatula.

Step 8: With oil and on medium heat, pan-fry the noodles.

Step 9: Prepare the ingredients and assemble the burger.


I made two types of ramen burger on two separate occasions.
1. Pork and Chives Patty.




2. Avocado Chicken Cocktail w/ Cheese.
