Truth be told, I've never spend my time at home at night for around a year plus because I'm always out and about until past midnight and most of the time into the wee hours.
He recently found out the nutritional benefits of pomegranate and ever since, he'd been diligently popping the fragile tiny fruits off their cots. Pomegranates are not quite what I imagine them to be. They were closely embedded within the shell. A pair of meticulous hands will help in getting them off without bursting. Needless to say, I burst a few of them.

That night when both of us were hungry and I simply whipped up Avocado Toast with Cheese and Scramble Eggs. Delish supper that is quick and easy to make. Fuss free recipe.
One Avocado makes two sandwiches. The true taste of Avocados is brought up by toasting it, thus turning a flavourless raw fruit to an aromatic dish. I added grounded black pepper to enhance the taste a little. Mmm, flawless dish that I can have at any time of the day.
I have been spending my nights watching dramas online and catching up on some business. Waking up really late the next day, sometimes to the afternoon. This is not quite me. Miss being a morning person.
