Every cab driver understands where Chinatown is so you don't need to know the exact name of the road.

We requested to be dropped off at the central of Chinatown since we're not very sure what to expect in Chinatown and where to head off to. We just walked and walked and walked and we asked the stalls around for any restaurants that sells good dim sums and were pointed to one, named Hua Seng Hong.

Note: Don't go to Chinatown too early, say 10am? Most of the shops are closed.

Their ordering system for Dim Sum is that they will bring the Dim Sums they have to your table and then you make your selection from there. Quite a unique way of serving since I've not seen such ordering system in Singapore before.

We ordered a serving of Roast Duck for around SGD7 (about the same price if we were to order a serving in Singapore in a hawker centre). This duck is so tender and juicy! The sauce blended so well with the meat. Thinking of it makes me drool.

Unbeknownst to us, this restaurant actually has very good reviews on Trip Advisor for their Roast Duck and Shark's Fins.
They even need reservations for seats during dinner time. We went in the morning and was blessed with many seats to choose from and was able to avoid crowds.

Cute inflatable mascot that has hand signals inviting people to their shop.

Some Coke for you?
