15-min One-Pan Pasta

Ingredients



4 cloves of garlic, thinly sliced
1/2 Onion thinly sliced
4 mushrooms, sliced
2 hotdogs sliced to the thickness you desire
1 bowl of spinach, chopped
Pasta of your choice
1.5 tsp of grounded black pepper
2 tsp of salt
2 cups of water
1/4 cup of Olive oil
1/4 cup Parmesan Cheese (Optional)
2 tsp of red chilli flakes (optional)
1 tsp of parsley (optional)
1 egg (optional)







Step 1: Place all the ingredients into the unheated pan (except egg and cheese)
Step 2: Pour in the olive oil, red chilli flakes, parsley, black pepper, salt and water









Step 3: Cook it at medium-high heat and stir it continuously for 10 min
Step 4: Grate in the cheese and stir for another 1 min








Step 5: Add the egg right in the middle of the pasta for about 30 seconds
Step 6: Bring the pan off the heat and serve!







I love to make easy recipes, especially if I have many things on hands and I refuse to call for delivery. You can always replace hotdogs with fresh meat. I just happen to have hotdogs at home instead of meat. Basically, this is a recipe that can be tweaked easily. If you dislike spinach, throw in whichever type of vegetables you are comfortable with. Taste the dish along the way and decide if you want to have more salt and pepper.
